All Trinity students must demonstrate second-language proficiency in order to graduate. Your exam results will indicate the appropriate level of language study for you to take the course(s) needed to complete the proficiency requirement. Students who do sufficiently well on this exam will receive notification of having completed the requirement.
You do not need to take this exam if: ·you scored 600 or above on the SAT II, scored a 4 or 5 on the AP exam, or scored 5, 6, or 7 on the IB exam; ·you took the online placement exam and are planning on fulfilling the requirement by enrolling in a language course; ·you are planning to fulfill your language requirement by studying a new language and are enrolling in the 101 level course; or ·your native language is not English.
Please pre-register for a time slot through the SCHED app and arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time slot. Exams are scheduled in thirty (30) minute time slots.
